Energizing flow: Focusing on alignment, internal homeostasis with connection through mudras, chakra balancing poses, and breath work practiced at the end. Classes end with a nourishing savasana. Perfect for those who want to deepen and strengthen their practice!
Vinyasa to Yin
Restorative Flow: Both Hatha and gentle vinyasa. Paired with breath work and guided meditation and unique for the artisan aromatherapy sourced from Peru and Mexico. Helps calm our nervous system, ridding any stagnant energy. Perfect for those who enjoy a recharging and grounding gentle flow.

Meet your guide
Yanet García
Yanet García was born in Manhattan, but was raised in the North Fork and the vibrant heart of Puebla, Mexico. Yanet has learned to embrace and share her a cross-cultural life. As a first-generation Mexican-American, her journey has been deeply shaped by a love for culture, connection, and soulful expression.
Movement has always held a sense of refuge. Whether navigating life between two countries, studying in New York City, or traveling the world for work, family, and inspiration— cross borders and time zones, she’s found home in community, shared rituals, and the unexpected wisdom of everyday moments.
Her hobbies and interests include learning how to play the guitar, sew, learning about the human anatomy, herbal medicine / Chinese medicine, mixing music, mixing drinks, cooking, planting, advocating, sharing, and guiding sensory experiences.

As a guide, multidisciplinary artist, and lifelong student, she invites others to move, feel, and connect more deeply with themselves and the world around them. With a deep love for ritual and rhythm, Yanet weaves yoga, music, and storytelling into experiences that are both grounding and expansive.
Yanet’s gentle yet powerful guidance invites you to unlock new possibilities within your body and spirit- and to move through life with greater freedom and compassion. Spanning urban life, ancestral traditions, and nomadic tendencies—has taught her that home isn’t always a place, but a feeling found in community, connection with nature, intention, and presence.
