It’s been a beautiful and humbling journey, tuning deeper into crafts that have always felt meditative and enriching. I’ve been getting lost in the act of listening and seeing music/art—shaped by travels, community, and quiet moments at home in New York and Mexico.

Back in 2020, while living in East Hampton with fellow restaurant colleagues, I was encouraged to set up my turntable and share sounds—mixer or not. That spark never left.

Now, 3–4 years later, this practice remains deeply intimate, and I’m grateful to share it more widely—with music, with yoga, with friends, and in spaces that invite connection and presence.

Though my yoga ramble may be for another time, I’ll simply say: I’m full of gratitude to share something so meaningful. With the encouragement of dear friends—past and present—I’ve begun offering music, ceremony, and movement in more spaces. I look forward to continuing this path, creating moments of expression, community, and empowerment.

Hope to see you on the mat—and on the dance floor.

grateful.

Thank you for continuing to let me share my work with the world and supporting me along the way.
