No experience necessary—just bring your breath and an open mind.
In the high-stakes, high-stress environment of healthcare, this class offers a dedicated space for providers to pause, reset, and care for themselves as they care for others each day. Designed specifically to support the demands of clinical work, the session combines breathwork with an open-level yoga flow to help participants reconnect to their inner landscape, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate resilience both on and off the mat.
Yanet offers a unique blend of traditional yoga practices with a creative, modern edge—integrating breath-led movement, mantras, sutras, pranayama, and curated music to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in traditional wisdom and delivered through an accessible, grounded approach, her classes bridge soulful movement with evidence-informed techniques that participants can carry into daily life and clinical practice.
Throughout the experience, emphasis is placed on mindful movement, breath awareness, and meditative states that help counterbalance the stress, stimulation, and intensity of city living and healthcare environments. Yanet also incorporates artisanal essential oils made in Mexico to deepen relaxation and create a sensory experience that supports restoration and presence.
This practice invites participants to reconnect with breath, movement, intention, and moments of stillness—offering practical tools for nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and holistic well-being in both personal and professional life.

“I cannot rave about Yanet enough. Her in-house yoga service and class was the perfect addition to our bachelorette weekend. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients! Her yoga practice was fun and relaxing (especially the partner work!) and she is an expert at setting the perfect vibe. Yanet goes above and beyond with curating the yoga experience too; she brought hibiscus infusion water, lemon & mint water, & artisanal essential oils from Mexico that elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend!”
“Yanet, is awesome! She really helped me with relieving the stress in my joints and muscle aches from weight lifting and some past injuries. She also helped me focusing on my breathing which reduced my stress and cleared my mind. Thank you Yanet”

grateful.
It’s been a beautiful and humbling journey, tuning deeper into crafts that have always felt meditative and enriching. I’ve been getting lost in the act of listening and seeing music/art—shaped by travels, community, and quiet moments at home in New York and Mexico.
Back in 2020, while living in East Hampton with fellow restaurant colleagues, I was encouraged to set up my turntable and share sounds—mixer or not. That spark never left.
Now, 4-5 years later, this practice remains deeply intimate, and I’m grateful to share it more widely—with music, with yoga, with friends, and in spaces that invite connection and presence.
Though my yoga ramble may be for another time, I’ll simply say: I’m full of gratitude to share something so meaningful. With the encouragement of dear friends—past and present—I’ve begun offering music, ceremony, and movement in more spaces. I look forward to continuing this path, creating moments of expression, community, and empowerment.
Hope to see you on the mat—and on the dance floor.
Thank you for continuing to let me share my work with the world and supporting me along the way.
