Yanet García

Born in New York City and raised between a coastal corner of the North Fork of Long Island, and a small town in the heat of Puebla, Mexico. Living a cross-cultural life and being first generation Mexican-American has drawn much of her creative and professional endeavors toward culture, passion, and profound soulful experiences.

Movement has always been instilled in her lifestyle; Living between two countries, moving to NYC for college, and eventually finding ritual in annual escapades abroad for family, friends, and work; A sense of home has always been present through the camaraderie from strangers, shared experiences, and sometimes life lessons- Yanet has found refuge, expression, and gratitude in guiding others through yoga, music, and other elements that have made an impact on her life as a friend, sister, colleague, and guide.

Her hobbies include learning how to play the guitar and sew, mixing music / mixing drinks, cooking, planting, learning/sharing, and guiding sensory experiences.
